Estimating

 

It all starts with the estimate. Every successful project starts with a well defined scope and competent estimate that accurately captures the entire project. We achieve this through working with you and your team to gather all pertinent information as part of the due diligence process, capturing your vision and turning it into a comprehensive estimate.

 

Bid Process

 

In order to provide our Clients the best price, we bid your project to multiple local subcontractors as well as our trusted network of subcontractors. Gathering multiple bids allows us to bring competitive prices to our Clients no matter the market, scope or size of project. All of our estimates are broken out into line item pricing in order to convey the price and scope in a clear, understandable document to which a contract can be written from.

 

Contracting

 

In order to protect our Clients, their property, ourselves and our subcontractors, all of our projects are completed under contract. All subcontractors are required to submit a signed subcontract and proof of insurance before they step foot on the project. This will put your mind at ease and ensure everyone on site has the proper license and insurance needed to safely complete your project and reduce your risk and exposure to liability.

 

Construction

 

The devil is in the details. Project and site management are the key to success. By accurately scheduling labor and material deliveries and communicating them to the field and project team, we can ensure your project is finished on time and on budget. Throughout the process we consistently communicate progress updates & photos, changes, issues & resolutions, and overall good news that you can pass along to your team.

 

Closing out the project is the most important part of the project as it pertains to your property's success moving forward post construction. Before our field staff leaves the site, you can ensure we will collect all final documentation including final photos, signed Client punch list, landlord and store satisfaction reports, as-built drawings, and a passed final inspection & certificate of occupancy from the local governing municipality. In addition to the jobsite level documentation above, we include billing documents, lien waivers and other Client required paperwork in an organized portfolio that is turned over to you for closeout and record keeping purposes.
