ARCADE LEASING OFFICE

Limitless Property Works partnered with Hempel to deliver a thoughtfully executed tenant improvement for the Arcade Leasing Office in Milwaukee’s historic Plankinton Building. The project began with the demolition of a vacant mall space and involved pouring a new overlay concrete slab, adding a second point of interior egress, and constructing both hard lid and open deck ceilings. We restored the building’s historic storefront and updated the exterior entry while integrating a new restroom to enhance functionality. Working closely with preservation guidelines, we ensured full compliance with historic building codes—blending modern utility with architectural integrity.
