KEVIN ELLERTSON
Fueled by a lifelong passion for construction, Kevin combines hands-on experience with visionary leadership to shape the future of Limitless Property Works. His background spans a diverse portfolio of national retail and commercial projects, where he honed his expertise and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence.
From rolling up his sleeves in the field to founding Limitless Property Works in 2020, Kevin’s commitment to quality, innovation, and growth has been the driving force behind the company’s success. Under his leadership, Limitless continues to push boundaries, build strong partnerships, and set new standards in the industry.
Kevin’s unwavering dedication inspires the entire team as they work together to turn challenges into opportunities and deliver exceptional results for every client.
VICE PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
AARON MADDEN
Driven by a passion for delivering excellence in construction, Aaron brought nearly two decades of industry expertise to Limitless when he joined the company in 2025. His extensive portfolio spans the successful management of diverse, high-stakes projects, including commercial builds, ground-up developments, tenant improvements, critical facilities, industrial sites, hospitality spaces, and infrastructure work, always with a focus on budget, timeline, and client goals.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, and Project Management from Technological University Dublin, Ireland. Aaron is committed to steering Limitless into its next chapter with purpose and precision, fostering both strategic growth and long-term value.
Beyond the office, he fuels his curiosity and energy through global travel, athletic pursuits, and time well spent with his family.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
ALAINA ZURAWSKI
Alaina Zurawski joined Limitless in 2024, leveraging a strong foundation in construction management and a results-driven mindset. With a background spanning a wide range of roles and project scopes, she plays a key role in streamlining operations, implementing smart, user-centric software solutions, and leveraging data insights to maximize efficiency.
Her leadership ensures every project runs smoothly behind the scenes; delivering the professionalism, precision, and reliability our clients count on.
When she’s not optimizing systems or supporting the team, Alaina enjoys time with her rescue dogs and embraces the outdoors through gardening, hiking, camping, and playing volleyball.

BEN NEITZKE
Ben’s career began hands-on in the field, where he quickly proved himself to be a driven and dependable contributor. Over time, he’s grown into a key leader on our team; known for his work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to keep projects running smoothly.
With a degree in Finance & Real Estate from UW Milwaukee, Ben now blends practical experience with strategic insight, managing projects with precision and a sharp eye for both quality and efficiency.
His growth reflects the values we champion at Limitless, and his impact continues to be a vital part of our success.

JOHN HABERMEHL
With decades of experience in the construction industry; including 20 years as a union painter; John brings a wealth of knowledge, refined craftsmanship, and unwavering commitment to Limitless Property Works. He takes pride in being part of a team that values quality, continuous growth, and building a strong, respected reputation.
A firm believer in lifelong learning, John is always looking for ways to grow and improve. What he values most at Limitless is the team culture: “We’re like family-supportive, honest, and focused on doing great work that makes our customers happy.”
Outside of work, John enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling with his wife.

PRESTON VALENSA
Since 2021, Preston has gained hands-on experience at Limitless Property Works, drawing on his background in electrical utility maintenance to bring a steady, reliable approach to every project. Passionate about tackling more complex challenges, he is focused on growing in his role while supporting Limitless’ mission of strategic growth and exceeding client expectations.
Known for his methodical and problem-solving approach, Preston believes that doing things the right way-rather than rushing or forcing a solution-consistently leads to better results. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him outdoors or listening to music; two of his favorite ways to recharge.
What truly sets Limitless apart, Preston says, is the people: “We’re not just coworkers-we’re friends. Everyone looks out for one another, on and off the clock.”
