Limitless Property Works successfully delivered a $1.5M capital improvement program for Harbor Estates, a 186-unit, six-building multi-family property in Sheboygan, within just 12 months. The comprehensive scope included upgrades to all common area paint, flooring, and interior lighting, replacement of roofs on three buildings, and selective parking lot improvements such as drainage corrections, repairs, sealing, and striping. Additional enhancements included upgraded garage and exterior lighting—plus new lighting in the dog park—along with a clubhouse remodel, pool restoration with a new auto-feed chemical system, and the removal and infill of an outdated hot tub. A new crosswalk and signage improved connectivity across the property. Limitless also collaborated with ownership to develop a cost-effective, efficient unit renovation program, enabling two-week turnaround times per unit without compromising quality or budget.
